Our staff has over 40 years of combined experience in the EMS and Emergency Vehicle Sales (EVS) field, meaning we know first-hand what is important to EMS professionals. Garett Adelman

Director of Sales

Wide-ranging experience in sales and management in the customer fulfillment industry for over 24 years. Ambulance specific sales and engineering for 17+ years. Utilized customer experience design principles to advance and improve Fire & EMS Agencies. Responsible for managing clients, team members, contractors, contracts, delivery and support with respect to emergency vehicle transactions. My primary focus is “Customer First”, making sure all processes of the emergency vehicle project are completed with quality emphasized. My goal is to exceed customer expectations every step of the way and to make sure they are completely satisfied with the final product.

BRANDON GRENERT

Regional Account Manager

As a 16-year veteran of sales and customer support, with a family background in the emergency medical sales and service industry, Brandon provides knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a true ambition to please his clients. Our customers can rest assured they will be handled in a timely manner, with Brandon’s full attention to detail and his high work standard. His motto is “Don’t just meet your customers’ expectations; exceed them.”

Javier Ramierz

Master Technician

As an EVT Master Certified Fire Apparatus/Ambulance Technician and Dual Master Certified ASE Technician with GM and Ford factory training, Javier combines over 12 years of experience with his knowledge of the industry's latest technology to provide world class service to our customers. Javier is committed to getting the job done right the first time, and has a knack for diagnosing even the trickiest of issues. Whether it's a new install or a complex repair, Javier's quality workmanship ensures that customers' ambulances stay in service and are ready to meet the demands of a dynamic environment.

Ryan Drew

Tech Consultant

With over 20 years of experience in the emergency vehicle field, Ryan has most likely seen it and fixed it. Ryan provides his analysis expertise to keep customers’ ambulances in service and functioning properly. He is an FCC-licensed technician with manufacture-specific training for Whelen, Federal Signal, Code 3, and Sound Off.

Rebecca Crane

Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience in office management, Rebecca optimizes productivity, efficiency, recordkeeping, workflow, and service quality. She is available Monday through Friday for inquiries regarding orders, warranty claims, parts requests, and invoicing. Putting customers first is always her number one goal.

Maddie

Door Greeter and Security Detail

Consummate door greeter , Maddie is always first on the scene at our entrance with tail-a-wagging. Whether you're there for parts, service, sales or warranty, she'll happily guide you through Republic EVS. Don't let that wagging tail fool you. Maddie is always performing security perimeter checks. Unwanted guests are not allowed on the premises. Her biggest adversaries are the local squirrels, but she's keeping tabs on all who come to the shop.
