Notice to Customers

PLEASE NOTE:

• Lawn payment is payable the 1^st of each month.
• Payment is due on or before the 15^th of each month.
• After the 16^th there will be a late fee of $5.00.
• If not paid by the 20^th of the month lawn service can be put on hold until payment is received and could be put on prepay only service.
• Please pick up toys, trash, hoses, dog toys, and trash cans. If this is ongoing a fee will be added.
• A “verbal agreement” for a one-year minimum for lawn service is agreed upon as well as your monthly payment. (I have had many of my customers for more than 20 years.) Cancelation is not accepted VIA Email, call or text only.
• Cancelation of monthly services before one- year (with a 30-day trial period) you will have a cancelation fee of 1 month’s payment as your monthly payment is a year-round “monthly price.” (Unless otherwise agreed.)
• Hurricane clean-up is not included in monthly service but if you would like it can be added for extra charge.
• As our mower repair shop charges $100 per hr., we are based at $85 per M.H.
• We carry full commercial insurance on lawn truck, equipment, trailer, spraying, and our employees are covered under workman’s Comp, for your protection.
• I am licensed and insured in commercial landscape maintenance, fertilization, and spraying of flower beds.
• I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
• I also hold my Master Captains license in boating.
• I am available for hire of any boating needs. (Your boat or mine)
