As a registered provider under  children support services, our children’s homes operate in full compliance with:

We are committed to delivering care that is safe, nurturing, therapeutic, and consistently monitored for quality and improvement.

What We Suport

We care for children and young people aged 4 to 17 who may:

  • Have experienced trauma, abuse, or placement breakdowns
  • Present with behaviour that challenges
  • Be diagnosed with autism, ADHD, or moderate to severe learning disabilities
  • Have emerging or diagnosed mental health conditions
  • Require stabilisation, therapeutic support, and a structured, emotionally containing environment

Our Homes and Philosophy

  • Small, homely settings with a maximum of 2 children, ensuring high levels of individual attention
  • 24/7 care with waking night staff and on-call management
  • High staffing ratios (including 2:1 support where needed)
  • Care informed by trauma-informed practice, attachment theory, and therapeutic parenting models
  • Daily routines that promote education, independence, and emotional wellbeing

Therapeutic, Structured, and Consistent Care

  • Structured daily plans that include education, therapy, health appointments, life skills, and play
  • Input from a network of professionals: clinical psychologists, CAMHS, social workers, education specialists
  • Support with behaviour regulation, self-esteem, and emotional expression
  • Development of personalised placement plans, behaviour support plans, and independence frameworks

Safeguarding and Quality Assurance

  • Strong safeguarding culture led by a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
  • Regular internal audits, inspections, and management oversight
  • Clear systems for incident reporting, risk management, and child voice capture
  • Monthly Regulation 44 visits from an independent visitor with detailed reporting

Partnership with Families and Professionals

We work collaboratively with:

  • Local authorities and social workers
  • Education and health teams
  • Parents, carers, and advocates
  • Independent reviewing officers (IROs)

Our goal is always reunification, stability, or a planned, positive transition — led by the child’s needs and aspirations.
