1. Account Registration & Use<\/span><\/h3>\n

  • To place orders through our system, you must register for an account.<\/li>\n
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and when submitting orders.<\/li>\n
  • You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Any activity under<\/li>\n
  • your account will be considered your responsibility.<\/li>\n
  • Accounts are for business purposes related to ordering land surveys and related<\/li>\n
  • services. Misuse of the account (fraud, unauthorized use, false information, or unlawful activity) may result in suspension or termination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Orders & Services<\/span><\/h3>\n

    • Orders must include all required property information and documents (such as deeds, prior surveys, or title commitments, if applicable).<\/li>\n
    • The scope of each survey will be based on the type of service ordered (e.g.,
      \nBoundary Survey, Mortgage Survey, ALTA\/NSPS Survey, Elevation Certificate).<\/li>\n
    • Surveys are prepared in accordance with Florida law and industry standards by licensed Professional Surveyors & Mappers<\/li>\n
    • Coast 2 Coast Land Surveying is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Fees & Payment<\/span><\/h3>\n

      • Charges for services will be provided at the time of order or upon request.<\/li>\n
      • Payment is due as outlined on the invoice or order confirmation<\/li>\n
      • Late or unpaid balances may result in a delay in survey delivery<\/li>\n
      • Additional charges may apply for rush orders, travel outside standard coverage areas, or services beyond the original scope of work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Deliverables & Turnaround<\/span><\/h3>\n

        • Surveys will be delivered in the format requested (PDF, hard copy, or both) within the estimated timeline provided at order placement.<\/li>\n
        • While we strive to meet all deadlines, turnaround times may vary depending on property complexity, permitting requirements, or external factors beyond our control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Client Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n

          • You agree to ensure property access for our survey crews. This may include providing gate codes, notifying tenants, securing pets, or granting permission for entry.<\/li>\n
          • Failure to provide safe and timely access may result in additional fees or delays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Privacy & Data Protection<\/span><\/h3>\n

            • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or ordering will only be used to process surveys, communicate with you, and manage your account.<\/li>\n
            • We will never sell your personal information to third parties.<\/li>\n
            • Information may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., title companies or attorneys) only when necessary to complete your order or as required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Limitations of Liability<\/span><\/h3>\n

              • Coast 2 Coast Land Surveying provides professional surveying services in accordance with state laws and standards.<\/li>\n
              • Our liability is limited to the cost of the survey performed.<\/li>\n
              • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our surveys.<\/li>\n
              • Surveys reflect property conditions as of the date of completion and should not be relied upon for future changes or conditions beyond our control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Modifications to Terms<\/span><\/h3>\n
