Spend 3 hours with me and it’ll be your opportunity to ask any questions you have in a fun and relaxed environment. I’ll also provide you with a folder to keep samples in and I’ll come bearing a bottle of sparkling, a yummy grazing box for us to enjoy and also a cake tasting sample box. I will also provide you with a number of planning spreadsheets and templates that you can individualise to suit your look and needs.
It takes (on average) 250 hours to plan a wedding. That’s basically a full-time role on top of your daily schedule. The full wedding experience includes everything from the word go until you leave your reception.
I’ll take on all the planning so that you don’t have to spend every waking hour google searching. We will have regular catchups to discuss everything and i’ll be right by your side the entire time.

This package is just right for you if you have already booked your vendors and just need someone to visually create the look you want for your wedding and set it up on the day.
If you have basically planned your wedding but need some assistance in bringing the details together, or needing someone to take over communications with your suppliers then this is the perfect match for you. It’s totally customisable to meet your needs
Probably one of the most important decisions will be your venue. There is so many things to consider when deciding on a venue. Searching for the right venue for you is one of my favourite parts of planning. You will be getting an individualised venue scouting template and attendance at venue appointments. I will take you from searching for the right place to when you hand over the deposit.
Your family and friends are there as guests, so hiring a coordinator to manage the day means that they are there simply to help celebrate with you, not telling the celebrant where to set up, or what door the DJ needs to go through to get to the reception area to set up. My service starts 6 weeks out from the wedding, giving me the chance to visit the venue, chat to all your suppliers and discuss all the finer details with you both. Leaving you with a stress-free and fun day!
