Pauline Yau is our People Manager, a central point of support for our team.
Pauline brings a wealth of experience in understanding team dynamics and fostering positive work environments. She’s known for her warm, bubbly personality and her excellent communication skills. As a parent of three, she also understands the importance of a supportive and understanding culture. She thrives to understand clients’ journey, listen to individual experiences, and help us strengthen our internal and external communication and support staff’s wellbeing.
