css_animation=&#8221;fadeInLeft&#8221;]\n<ul>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u572848\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u53d6\u6d88\u9884\u7ea6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5f81\u6536100%\u54a8\u8be2\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u9700\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u9884\u7ea6\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u524d48\u5c0f\u65f6\u544a\u77e5\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u4ecd\u9700\u652f\u4ed8\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u672a\u5230\u573a\u6216\u540c\u65e5\u53d6\u6d88\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5c06\u88ab\u5f81\u6536100%\u54a8\u8be2\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5468\u4e00\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u524d\u4e00\u4e2a\u661f\u671f\u4e94\u7684\u4e0b\u53485\u70b9\u4e4b\u524d\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9884\u7ea6\u5b89\u6392\u5728\u516c\u5171\u5047\u671f\u540e\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u516c\u5171\u5047\u671f\u524d\u7684\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u4e2a\u5de5\u4f5c\u65e5\u7684\u4e0b\u53485\u70b9\u4e4b\u524d\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u8bca\u6240\u4ece\u60a8\u5728\u6ce8\u518c\u670d\u52a1\u65f6\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u4e2d\u6263\u9664\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\u4e0d\u80fd\u7528\u4e8e\u672a\u6765\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u5411\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u7d22\u8d54\uff0c\u9664\u4e86NDIS\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u8bf7\u60a8\u5728\u9884\u7ea6\u524d5\u5206\u949f\u5230\u8fbe\u3002\u8fdf\u5230\u5c06\u7f29\u77ed\u60a8\u7684\u54a8\u8be2\u65f6\u95f4\u6216\u4ea7\u751f\u989d\u5916\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u6240\u6709\u9884\u7ea6\u8d39\u7528\u5747\u57fa\u4e8e\u6700\u521d\u62a5\u4ef7\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\u65f6\u95f4\u5ef6\u957f\u8d85\u8fc710\u5206\u949f\uff0c\u9762\u8c08\u8d39\u7528\u5c06\u6839\u636e\u5c0f\u65f6\u8d39\u7387\u76f8\u5e94\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u6211\u4eec\u6709\u53d6\u6d88\u653f\u7b56\uff1f<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4e00\u822c\u5065\u5eb7\u673a\u6784\u4f1a\u6536\u53d6\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e34\u65f6\u53d6\u6d88\u4f1a\u7ed9\u4e1a\u52a1\u5e26\u6765\u8d22\u52a1\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5f53\u9884\u7ea6\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u9884\u7559\u5e76\u9501\u5b9a\u4e00\u4e2a\u65f6\u95f4\u6bb5\u3002\u5fc3\u7406\u5b66\u5bb6\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u9884\u7559\u65f6\u95f4\u6765\u51c6\u5907\u9762\u8c08\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u9884\u7ea6\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u653e\u5b66\u540e\u6216\u5468\u516d\u7684\u65f6\u6bb5\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5728\u7b49\u5f85\u540d\u5355\u4e0a\u7b49\u5019\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u5ba2\u6237\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e34\u65f6\u53d6\u6d88\u662f\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5982\u679c\u63d0\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65f6\u95f4\u6bb5\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u6d89\u53ca\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u8425\u8fd0\u6210\u672c\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u5ba2\u6237\u662f\u5426\u51fa\u5e2d\uff0c\u5fc3\u7406\u5b66\u5bb6\u7684\u85aa\u916c\u4ecd\u9700\u652f\u4ed8\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u514d\u9664\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u8bca\u6240\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u51b5\u5c06\u6536\u53d6\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\uff1a<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u4e8b\u52a1\u51b2\u7a81\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u4e34\u65f6\u5b89\u6392\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\u73ed\u6b21\u3001\u51fa\u5dee\u8ba1\u5212\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u52a8\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u5b66\u6821\u3001\u4f53\u80b2\u6216\u8bfe\u5916\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e0e\u9884\u7ea6\u65f6\u95f4\u51b2\u7a81\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6d3b\u52a8\u6216\u5047\u671f\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4fdd\u59c6\u6216\u6258\u513f\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u53d1\u751f\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u65e0\u6cd5\u524d\u6765\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u89c9\u5f97\u51fa\u5e2d\u9884\u7ea6\u6709\u56f0\u96be\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7531\u4e8e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u627f\u62c5\u9884\u7ea6\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u5fd8\u8bb0\u4e86\u9884\u7ea6\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u751f\u75c5\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u9009\u62e9\u7b49\u5f85\u89c2\u5bdf\u75c7\u72b6\u662f\u5426\u4f1a\u5728\u9884\u7ea6\u5f53\u5929\u597d\u8f6c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u662f\u5426\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u4f8b\u5916\uff1f<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6709\u7684 \u2013 \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u533b\u751f\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u5468\u5185\u63d0\u4f9b\u5408\u9002\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u60a8\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u5e76\u51fa\u5e2d\u4e86\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u7684\u9884\u7ea6\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u6709\u65f6\u95f4\u8fdb\u884c\u91cd\u65b0\u5b89\u6392\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6211\u4eec\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d27\u6025\u60c5\u51b5\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u9884\u8b66\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4e3a\u4e86\u514d\u9664\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u60c5\u51b5\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u533b\u7597\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u867d\u7136\u6211\u4eec\u627f\u8ba4\u8fd9\u7c7b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u53ef\u80fd\u8d85\u51fa\u60a8\u7684\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u4ecd\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u652f\u4ed8\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u672a\u53ca\u65f6\u4ed8\u6839\u636e\u672c\u653f\u7b56\u6536\u53d6\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e3a\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4fdd\u7559\u91c7\u53d6\u4efb\u4f55\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5408\u7406\u63aa\u65bd\u4ee5\u8ffd\u56de\u672a\u652f\u4ed8\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u5e76\u5411\u60a8\u6536\u53d6\u91c7\u53d6\u8fd9\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5408\u7406\u989d\u5916\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row hours ahead otherwise the cancellation fee still applies.<\/li>\n<li>No shows or same day cancellations will incur a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.<\/li>\n<li>You must cancel or reschedule before 5 pm on a Friday for a Monday appointment, or by 5 pm on the last working day before a public holiday if your appointment is scheduled for the first working day after the public holiday.<\/li>\n<li>You consent for the clinic to deduct the Cancellation Fee from the credit card you have provided when registering with the service.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation Fees cannot be paid towards future appointments and are not claimable with all insurers except NDIS.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Late attendance will shorten your consultation time or incur extra charges. All appointment charges are based on the initial rates quoted. If your appointment is extended (&gt; 10 minutes), the session fee will increase in accordance to the hourly rate.<\/p>\n<h3>Why do we have a cancellation policy?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation fees apply in health practices as late cancellations create a financial loss for the business.<\/li>\n<li>When an appointment is made, a time slot is reserved and blocked out with a clinician for the client. The clinician also has to block out time to prepare for the session.<\/li>\n<li>There are only very limited appointments available, particularly in afterschool hours or on Saturdays.<\/li>\n<li>It is unfair to other clients who are waiting on the waiting list and can take up the slots if prior notice was given.<\/li>\n<li>There are substantial overhead costs associated with providing the services. The clinician has to be paid for, regardless of the attendance of the client.<\/li>\n<li>We might waive cancellation fees for clients, but this is at the discretion of the clinic director.\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What are the circumstances a Cancellation Fee will be charged?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Where your appointment clashed with another commitment<\/li>\n<li>A meeting called at work or any changes to work rosters or travel requirements<\/li>\n<li>A school, sports or extracurricular event<\/li>\n<li>A family activity or holiday<\/li>\n<li>Changes to the availability of a babysitter or child care service\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Where it was difficult for you to attend your appointment<\/li>\n<li>Where you can no longer afford the cost of the appointment<\/li>\n<li>Simply have forgotten the appointment<\/li>\n<li>Fallen sick but want to wait and see if the symptoms will improve on the day of the appointment\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Are there any exceptions?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Yes \u2013 If your psychologist is able to offer a suitable alternative time within the same calendar week AND you reschedule and attend the rescheduled appointment.
