Looking back on the past five years, I’m filled with gratitude for how far we’ve come. It’s been a journey of immense growth, both personally and professionally.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What started as a desire to make a deeper impact has evolved into a mission to transform the way we approach mental health, particularly within diverse communities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Before 2019, regardless of my role, I could only reach around 50 clients at a time. Now, with Sprout Psychology, we’re impacting the lives of hundreds of families simultaneously, and over a thousand of families in the past five years. This scale of impact is what motivates me every day.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Building Sprout Psychology has allowed me to not only support individuals directly but also to mentor emerging bilingual psychologists with core values and the essence of neurodiversity-affirmative practice.
