Nicole is a Provisional Psychologist completing her Master’s degree at The University of Melbourne. Nicole has experience working across a range of settings, including Student Support Services at the Department of Education and a secondary school sports college. She takes a collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy, placing the client at the centre of the process. She is passionate about recognising and harnessing the unique strengths and qualities that each individual brings, supporting them to flourish and grow.

Nicole has also been trained in conducting cognitive, learning, and neurodivergence assessments. Nicole values working closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as teachers, families, and other allied health professionals to provide holistic, integrated care. Having grown up in Hong Kong, Nicole brings a personal understanding of multicultural contexts and strives to uphold cultural sensitivity and respect into her therapeutic practice when supporting clients and their families. In addition to English, she can understand and speak conversational Cantonese and Mandarin.
