Why is Dunkwa very
\nimportant?<\/span><\/h2>\n

MWAHEO Sprang from ideas provided by American students who visited Ghana with me. I am a traditional ruler in Ghana, and I joined an organization of students and staff called the Garfield Technology Academy (GTA). This group of students and staff (Founded by our brilliant, creative, and talented leader, Mr. Kjell Rye) decided to spread joy to impoverished communities worldwide. The selfless, hardworking students collected items of clothing and stationeries, refurbished computer paraphernalia, and them to different parts of the world. Before I joined that organization, the group had already been to had been to about twenty-six countries around the world, helping one school at a time. What is remarkable about this project was the enthusiasm of the students who managed and maintained the organization with supervision from three accomplished staff members through specialization. Being a traditional ruler is a privilege and a call to serve. I was overjoyed when the group decided to accompany me to my area in the Central region of Ghana. It has a more significant element of humility; you are elevated and trusted to look back and help your community. Grounded in Faith

From humble beginnings and grounded in Faith and optimism, it is not unusual for students to pray at assembly in the morning and at closing. Students and staff thank everyone who contributes to making their day worthwhile. Culturally, prayers are powerful protection techniques.
