Every effort is made to guarantee a puppy from us is in good health at the time of adoption or delivery so we ask that you have it checked by your vet within 5 days of getting it. Proof of this visit MUST BE SENT TO US in order for this contract to be in effect. If we do not receive it, then our contract is void. Visits to Petsmart Vets (Banfield) are not accepted at all. We can’t control what your puppy encounters after leaving us, so if you do not to have your puppy examined, then our contract is VOID. If the vet finds the puppy well and healthy at that time, our guarantee is complete. If the Vet finds anything wrong with the puppy at that time, you must notify the dog breeder immediately. If it is a treatable condition, you can return the puppy to us & we will treat it at our expense, returning it to you healthy. If it is not treatable, we will replace the puppy with an equal value puppy as soon as we have one available. The defective puppy must be returned to us with written notice from the Vet as to the defect or condition, in order to get a replacement. All paperwork MUST BE RETURNED with the puppy and vaccinations must be up to date.<\/p>\n
Your puppy has had vaccinations for Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus 2, and Parainfluenza appropriate to his age. It has been dewormed and treated for all parasites. A written health record will be included along with a supply of food which it is eating. The name of the food is Diamond Natural Small\/Medium Breed Puppy. Vaccinations are started by 8 weeks of age & given at 2-3 week intervals to 16 weeks of age if the puppy is still with us. Wormings are started at 2 weeks & given at 2 week intervals It is very important to continue a vaccination schedule as recommended by your Veterinarian. Your animal warranty is against your puppy developing a contagious disease within 5 days of purchase. We DO NOT cover anything that is NOT life threatening. Conditions such as but not limited to Worms, Earmites, Colds, Giardia, Hypoglycemia or Coccidiosis can be dormant but they are treatable & do not warrant a return. Undescended testicles, Over or Underbites & Luxating Patellas are not life threatening so they are not covered.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Use extreme caution when socializing your puppy until fully vaccinated. Avoid dog parks and other public areas but it’s ok to socialize your puppy with fully vaccinated adult dogs in safe places like your home.<\/p>\n
This contract is non-transferrable, if you choose not to keep the puppy. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE!!! If a replacement is offered and refused, then we have fulfilled our obligation. Every effort is made to offer a replacement equal to the puppy purchased. If you choose a puppy other than the replacement offered, you have to pay the difference in price for the replacement puppy. For example, male vs female, tiny toy vs toy. If the puppy dies, an autopsy MUST BE DONE by a state lab explaining the cause of death and furnished to us before we can determine if a replacement is warranted. If you choose not to have this procedure done, no replacement will be made. Please remember that a replacement puppy is only given if all terms are met, and a life threatening condition was diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, not for any other reason.
\nAny expenses incurred after the puppy leaves our care, such as vet bills, autopsy, etc. is at the buyers’ expense.
\nOur contract is void in case of accidental injury which can happen. We make no guarantees on size, color,
\npersonality, temperament, fertility, or show ability. All of our puppies are sold as pets only, if you decide to show or breed your puppy, then we, as the breeders, are not liable. Limited registration papers are furnished to you at adoption or mailed to you if they aren’t available when an adoption is done. Please be aware of the meaning behind “limited” registration papers before you purchase a puppy as it will not be changed after the sale.<\/p>\n
