Oonect is a corporation that was started in January of 2021 and is based in Southwestern Ontario. We our a local business and have used our familiarity with local healthcare organizations and local contractors, to develop our current scope of service offerings. We have been able to use this experience to broaden our customer base as well as our product offerings to all of our clients. Our uniqueness comes from the relationships we develop, our desire to develop long-term partnerships with our clients, our familiarity with the procurement industry and its adaptability for varying sectors.
Oonect’s founders have decades of combined experience working in the field of Procurement, both in the private and public sectors.
Most recently, within the field of public healthcare, we determined a need for regimented procurement activities for smaller healthcare facilities.
Our first client, Alexandria Hospital Ingersoll needed a firm to run their construction Request for Proposals (RFP’s) and Oonect was able to utilize relationships previously established and our expertise in the field of Public Procurement to meet the needs of this client.
Ultimately, Oonect’s mission has always been to connect the rigor involved in public sector procurement with the private sector.
We have been able to bridge that gap by incorporating our Win/Loss analysis tools into private sector organizations’ RFP response planning and overall understanding of the RFP process.
We have a pool of contacts we have developed over the years for both new business and subcontracting/employee
partnerships with members of the procurement industry that we have the utmost confidence in.
