1. Account Registration & Use
- To place orders through our system, you must register for an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and when submitting orders.
- You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. Any activity under
- your account will be considered your responsibility.
- Accounts are for business purposes related to ordering land surveys and related
- services. Misuse of the account (fraud, unauthorized use, false information, or unlawful activity) may result in suspension or termination.
2. Orders & Services
- Orders must include all required property information and documents (such as deeds, prior surveys, or title commitments, if applicable).
- The scope of each survey will be based on the type of service ordered (e.g.,
Boundary Survey, Mortgage Survey, ALTA/NSPS Survey, Elevation Certificate). - Surveys are prepared in accordance with Florida law and industry standards by licensed Professional Surveyors & Mappers
- Coast 2 Coast Land Surveying is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information.
3. Fees & Payment
- Charges for services will be provided at the time of order or upon request.
- Payment is due as outlined on the invoice or order confirmation
- Late or unpaid balances may result in a delay in survey delivery
- Additional charges may apply for rush orders, travel outside standard coverage areas, or services beyond the original scope of work.
4. Deliverables & Turnaround
- Surveys will be delivered in the format requested (PDF, hard copy, or both) within the estimated timeline provided at order placement.
- While we strive to meet all deadlines, turnaround times may vary depending on property complexity, permitting requirements, or external factors beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to ensure property access for our survey crews. This may include providing gate codes, notifying tenants, securing pets, or granting permission for entry.
- Failure to provide safe and timely access may result in additional fees or delays.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration or ordering will only be used to process surveys, communicate with you, and manage your account.
- We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
- Information may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., title companies or attorneys) only when necessary to complete your order or as required by law.
7. Limitations of Liability
- Coast 2 Coast Land Surveying provides professional surveying services in accordance with state laws and standards.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the survey performed.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our surveys.
- Surveys reflect property conditions as of the date of completion and should not be relied upon for future changes or conditions beyond our control.
8. Modifications to Terms
- Coast 2 Coast Land Surveying reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of your account constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
