  • Order title if on buy side;Provide survey recommendations if on buy side. Review survey for problems and advise client;
  • Review title commitment for content and problem issues;
  • Explain any issues holding up closing (title, repair, termite damage, etc.) prior to closing;
  • Correspondence with attorney on other side, title company and mortgage company;
  • Preparation for closing, including preparation closing docs;
  • Representation at closing and provide closing package to client.
