The client was tasked with the ambitious project of modernizing technology infrastructure across 600 public schools.

The overarching goal was not only to provide state-of-the-art tech solutions to these institutions but also to ensure that the staff and administration could seamlessly integrate these changes into their daily operations.

Solution

Tailored Workshops:

Facilitated custom-made, playful workshops tailored for educators. They integrated real-life school scenarios with game-based learning, allowing teachers to grasp the new tech solutions and their benefits.

Gamified Readiness Analysis:

Deployed a series of game-based tools and quizzes to assess each school’s readiness level for the technological overhaul, giving insights into areas of resistance.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

A unique UAT approach was implemented, simulating real-school challenges with playful elements. This approach ensured educators played an active role in shaping the technological tools that would be at their disposal.

Customized Learning Modules:

Designed unique learning modules for each school, ensuring they reflected the institution’s ethos and the specific challenges they faced.

Outcome:

Successful technology modernization of 600 public schools with a budget of $130M.Smooth transition with high levels of stakeholder engagement.

The post-change survey showcased a 95% preparation rate, indicating high readiness and acceptance levels among educators and administrative staff.
