FLBCON is an organization which looks to the internal concerns of small societies and the individuals, caters to the less privileged and weak in a variety of ways. We work on providing a solution that puts smiles on faces no matter how small. Inequality is the most pressing issue we face as a community.

We are an organization founded out of the sufferings we observed in the small committees, the lack of government involved in the daily lives of the people in these communities.
